Meeting at the YRCC in Zhengzhou, October 17th 2013

After the DELIGHT field campaign to the Yellow River Delta, one researcher from SLU visited the headquarters of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC), the river basin management authority, in Zhengzhou on October 17th. The YRCC is authorized by the Chinese government and responsible for the basin wide management of the Yellow River. In the meeting with the director of the Department of International Cooperation, Mr. Sun Yangbo, different topics about river management and actual challenges were discussed.
