New DELIGHT project results from all research fields online, April 2015

In the Results section of the project website, readers can find new results of the DELIGHT applied research project, which is conducted to support informed decision making in the context of water and land resource management in the Yellow River delta.

Up-to-date geospatial information has been derived from various data sources, such as Earth observation data, which have been used to:
quantify delta dynamics in natural and urban environments over time, conduct hydrodynamic and hydrologic analyses related to water flow processes and pollution tracking, characterize Bohai Sea water constituents, assess vulnerability of the population related to drought, floods and impact of salinization, and other analyses related to topics concerning the Yellow River basin.
