DELIGHT 2nd Preparation Meeting held in Beijing, October 2011

In October 2011, Chinese and German scientists from different fields of research such as hydrodynamics, earth observation, and social sciences met in Beijing for the second preparatory meeting to form a Sino-German project consortium. The Chinese and German Steering Committees discussed several environmental challenges and technical aspects that need to be addressed in the envisaged DELIGHT project.
