WP 1000 - Project Management and Coordination

Objectives

The aim of the Project Coordination is to support and strengthen the project in the areas of administrative coordination, networking, and harmonization of the German project works with the Chinese partners. The success of the project shall thus be assured.

WP 1000 is structured in three Tasks with following Activities:

Task 1100: Administrative coordination

• 1110 Monitoring the projects progress
• 1120 Coordination and establishment of knowledge transfer
• 1130 Management and reporting of progress
• 1140 Organisation of project meetings

Task 1200: Networking and harmonization with the Chinese partner consortium

• 1210 Technical evaluation of the projects performance
• 1220 Information flow and exchange of knowledge
• 1230 Exchange with users and stakeholders
• 1240 Achievement of 'ownership' and early planning of implementation

Task 1300: International networking and linkage

• 1310 International placement of the project in project environment
• 1320 Integration of other projects' results
• 1330 Dissemination and publication
• 1340 Assisting the projects visibility by participation in / organisation of international workshops
